5. Specifically about video surveillance and access control

Camera surveillance

Feel24 uses video surveillance to protect the training facilities against vandalism, theft and other illegal activities, as well as to protect the members' lives and health. Feel24 AS uses video surveillance with recordings to a "black box", without the possibility of viewing the images directly on a monitor/screen.

In the event of events that are directly related to the purposes behind the video surveillance, Feel24 can review the recordings and, if necessary, compare the recordings with the visitor log. The cameras are located in common areas and only provide overview images of the training rooms.

Feel24 also has an alarm button, where if it is used, a separate camera is activated at Tryggvakt's alarm centre. Images are stored on Tryggvakt's own server, and the films are only used in very special cases.

The legal basis for the video surveillance is GDPR article 6 letter f.

Only dedicated employees at Feel24 have access to the monitoring, and only authorities such as the police, who can demand the release of video material. All video surveillance is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Access control

Feel24 registers entry/exit at the fitness centers via app or personal access card. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of a balancing of interests, cf. GDPR article 6 letter f.

We have assessed it as necessary for us to secure the building, as well as ensure safety in the event of an accident/crisis. Here we need to know who is in the building at all times. This seen in the context of previous incidents at the training centres.

Feel24's fitness centers are largely unmanned, which makes time-limited access control difficult to carry out. Access control is therefore activated at all times.

To prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the log of entries and exits, only dedicated employees have access to it.

Feel24 can only extract information from the access log that is directly related to the purposes mentioned above, e.g. in the event of accidents/crisis.
