I have 14 years of experience as a personal trainer and in my work I focus on a rational approach in both training and nutrition. The core of my program consists of evaluating the individual needs of a person and helping them reach a balance between workouts, nutrition and daily life.
I make sure to explain a lot, so my clients can feel comfortable in their training and ultimately learn how to keep themselves in shape. Motivation, life coaching and taking care of proper nutrition are an integral part of my personal training and are meant to help my clients reach their goals in the shortest period possible together with maintaining the long-term progress.
